CEO Braden Wallake has willingly started a virtual debate after going public with an emotional post on LinkedIn saying that his mistakes cost his employees their jobs, and he wants everyone to know that there are plenty of CEOs who care about their employees. He ends his post with a crying selfie (even calls himself the “crying CEO.”) He’s getting plenty of sympathy and plenty of hate. Why post this? Does it make everyone feel better?
