Today, my guest is talking about his experience with a woman. Everything was going fine until 6 months after they dated she said "What you did was akin to rape." This was a challenging conversation to navigate.  

Everyone has a sexual secret. Maybe it’s a fantasy, or an experience they’ve had or want to have. And often, these sexual secrets are a huge source of shame.

How do you heal sexual shame? The first step is speaking it out loud. 

So, I created a series of interviews with men who are sharing their sexual secrets.

By speaking these secrets out loud, the men benefit from:

  • Increased sexual confidence
  • Having a huge weight lifted off of them
  • Emotional freedom
  • Not feeling stuck in a lie
