The author of 4 books, Chris is an internationally acclaimed speaker and expert in the world of wellbeing and creative thinking. Chris’s latest book, “Wake Up! Escaping a Life on Autopilot”, has brought positive mental wellbeing to people around the globe. Chris is the founder of Upping Your Elvis, a consultancy that embeds a human, energetic, and creative working culture to create healthy, happy businesses. He is also the founder of the charity Talk it Out.
