	Description:		David talks with Meghan Murphy, a Vancouver based feminist, about the defunding by city council of Vancouver Rape Relief, the oldest and biggest organization to assist women affected by domestic violence. The organization provides a shelter only for biological women, which is justification given for removing city funding. This was caused by Morgane Oger, a transgender woman, who also has a position with the governing political party in British Columbia. To answer the seemingly obvious question of “what is a woman?”, David and Meghan wander into the area of sports, where the presence of intersex athletes and transgender women has raised controversies in the past, and in the present day.
