Belinda co-developed the ‘Wurn technique’ to address adhesions non-surgically after experiencing debilitating chronic pelvic pain.

They talk with Rebecca about how adhesions develop and what the risk factors are, such as endometriosis or surgery. Belinda and Larry tell Rebecca how solving the problem of adhesions can aid recovery from SIBO.
