One of the best things you can do if you're getting married in today's time is get a pre-nup. If you're a guy, you probably like this idea. Ladies, probably not so much. At the end of the day, a pre-nup is a government instrument designed to keep everyone in the arrangement honest. But let's face it. People are going to cheat. Some will be greedy. Others will let themselves go and get fat. Or others will refuse to do the consistent work necessary to make a marriage last. It's just a fact. As of today, 56% of marriages end in divorce. This has created a title wave of grifters, cheats, liars, and lazy bastards that come out of the woodwork to feast on the resources of hard-working people. I have one with my wife, Amy.
