In the past I've consulted companies and spoke at company sales meetings. There was one particular company I was consulting and after making my presentations through Marketing, Accounting, Executive leadership, it was the Sales Team's turn. One of the biggest things they said shocked me. The GSM said, "Our sales team absolutely hates the call dialer."
