Description: Nobian, the Marid Prince has positioned himself as the protector of Cassius and sole ruler of all of the waters around the Anglon Isles. He has now required tributes from most ships passing through his waters. This decree also extends to the water that has been creeping into the Feywild. The Knights of the Crescent Moon already has allegiance of some lords in the Coral Court, so if passage can be allowed, then Dispater's forces would have an army to contend with as well as a Navy.
