Bordeaux is known for some of the greatest red wines in the world. but we will talk to three women making terrific white Bordeauxs. Dr. Valerie Lavigne is a global consultant and one of the top experts in the vinification and aging of dry wihite wine. Corinne Comme from Chateau Champs des Treilles is a celebrated Bordeaux viticulturist, international consultant, and champion of Biodynamic viticulture. Valerie Vialard is the first women winemaker from the Pessac-Leognan region and has led Chateau Latour Martillac for more than 25 years.
