Jennifer Pharr Davis knows a thing or two about endurance. Jennifer is a wife, mom of two, author, entrepreneur, and a record-setting long-distance hiker. In 2011, Jennifer set the record for the fastest completed hike on the Appalachian Trail, finishing the 2181-mile trail in 57 days, hiking nearly 50 miles a day.
