Sports as a Metaphor for War

Category: Education
Duration: 00:00:00
Publish Date: 2024-09-09 06:00:00
Description:

Christians have been quite congratulatory of most feminist achievements, particularly with the Title IX egalitarian vision for college sports. But, much of sports has served as something of a metaphor for warfare and often preparatory to warfare. Women in violent sports and women in combat have worked their way into the norm . . . in fact, now American women are more successful in sports than men. But how will Christian parents raise their daughters?

This program includes:

1. The World View in 5 Minutes with Adam McManus (Tucker Carlson asked Russell Brand to pray, J.D. Vance: Kamala is “a chameleon”, Pastor: Christianity and Aboriginal smoking ceremony can’t mix)
