What are the statistics for the death rates surrounding COVID, at least as far as we can tell? How deadly is it compared to something like the flu? We take a look at some recent data that was released and compare the numbers. We must be careful to not show partiality in judgment when it comes to these things, and approach them with power, love, and a sound mind. So what should the church’s approach be when facing a disease that doesn’t appear to be nearly as deadly as something like smallpox? Do we forsake the assembling of ourselves together for just any reason? Hebrews 10 delivers a clear call and strong principles that speak to the matter. We discuss the responsibilities of the church, the limits of religious and civil authorities, and our current options related to our present situation on this edition of the program.
