The best thing governments can do to stop the despair deaths and recreational drug use is not to ban alcohol and drugs, but ban the teaching of evolution in the public schools. Also, governments could impose responsibility by removing government funding of medical care and other forms of welfare. We discuss the rising use of pot, and the legalization of drugs in the US.
