The civil magistrate today maintains about a 0.1% obedience ratio to God’s law, and that’s down from about 0.6% in 1999, when it comes to dealing with the murderer. God has commanded us to do justly, to love mercy, and walk humbly before our God. What would it look like if we took 1 for 3 or 2 for 3, but refused to live according to all three?
