	Description:		Ralph Fucetola has become best known as the nation's "vitamin lawyer" who has specialized in Nutrient and Alternative Health Law for over four decades. He is widely recognized as the leading attorney for protecting public access to natural vitamins and supplements. He was largely responsible for the passage of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act or DSHEA in 1994, which legalized over-the-counter sales of nutritional supplements. As a watch dog attorney, Ralph investigates the pharmaceutical and federal health agencies' attempts to diminish the vitamin industry and alternative health practices by limiting the public's freedom of choice for medical protocols of their choosing. He is currently the legal counsel for the National Solutions Foundation and has a legal practice in New Jersey. Ralph is working with Attorney Patricia Finn, in consultation with Robert Kennedy Jr., to file lawsuits filed against state of New York over the recent removal of religious exemption from vaccination.
