Wondering if this might provide some podcast material. It might be interesting to describe the different types of studies (case, observational, etc.) People see something like the link below and believe there's some big-time research that went into it, when in fact it's an anecdotal case study.

Hey I think I figured out I have Rothbart's foot. My outside of my knee is killing me as Ive been playing a lot of soccer. To get my first metatarsal to the ground the only way is to either evert my foot (externally rotate the tibia) or pronate to where my knee caves in. This is only on my right leg. I have no idea what to do other than get a post or orthotic. Any ideas? I saw your blog post but I cant figure out what exercises to do. Thanks.
