The reason I wanted to get Helen on the podcast today is because she’s been doing screenings for the number of my swimmers because they want to get checked up if they’re inflexible in any areas or if they need to strengthen any parts of their body to make them a more well rounded and complete swimmer so that they not only swim better but avoid injuries.
