John had the perfect life. He had great friends and everyone liked him. The teachers liked him. The coaches liked him. John was as happy as can be that day, just like every other day. Nothing could shake him from this mindset. Nothing. He was sitting in class, focusing completely on doing the work his teacher had given him. Then the classroom door opened. Expecting it to be that stoner kid that was always late for class, John half glanced up at the door. He could not anticipate what was about to happen.
