Dr Louise Aronson is Professor of Medicine at University of California San Francisco and directs the Northern California Geriatrics Education Centre and UCSFs Medical Humanities. Having graduated from Harvard Medical School and completed her residency at UCSF she has gone on to become a multi award wining writer and has contributed to a variety of outlets including The New York Times, JAMA and the New England Journal of Medicine.
