	Description:		On episode four of The Design Jones we are joined by Gavin Strange aka JamFactory. Gavin is a senior designer at Aardman Animations in Bristol who has recently seen them through a redesign. We talk to Gavin about his journey from skateboarding and being 'the guy that does the web' to being in most peoples dream job. Gavin gives us his best moments from JamFactory's past and also details us on how it has been able to grow alongside his work at Aardman. We learn more about Gromits Unleashed and Gavin's very own vinyl toys, Droplets. Of course, to round it off, we ask Gavin where he thinks the industry is headed.
