Rule of Relevancy - filtration - Selection and elimination - Elaborate on most relevant experience - add achievements for the relevant experience 3. Customisation - “ I got what you need ” - Use JD to add keywords into your Resume - Space optimisation 4. Factual, Concise, To the point - Career Summary 5. Super Target Beating the Application Tracking System (ATS): 1. Single column format 2. Plain text 3. Apply to 1 job in one organisation 4. Keywords are the key - don’t add keywords that you don’t know, only keywords that can be justified if asked about them 5. Bold - keywords 6.
