Richard Moore, Lionel Birnie and Daniel Friebe look at the route that lies ahead of the riders, weighing up the importance of the time trials, the cobbles and the mountain climbs.
And they run through the teams and riders who are most likely to create the drama and talking points over the next three weeks.
Richard, Lionel and Daniel will be producing a podcast every day at the Tour de France, starting on Friday, July 3, on the eve of the race.
