July 3 | It’s the day before the start of the Tour de France and the Telegraph Cycling Podcast team of Richard Moore, Lionel Birnie and Daniel Friebe are in Utrecht as the clock counts down to the opening time trial.
They report back from the pre-race press conferences and assess the statements and body language of some of the riders who will shape the race – including defending champion Vincenzo Nibali, Mark Cavendish and Chris Froome.
We also hear from Luke Rowe, who will be making his Tour debut for Team Sky.
The time for speculation and predictions is over. The scene is set for the 2015 Tour de France. Tomorrow… the race starts for real.
