We spoke with him last year on his goals for the "recovery" component of that plan. Today, he discusses one of the elements of the "resiliency" phase: the new School Facilities Agency. Hawaii Department of Transportation's Deputy Director for Highways Ed Sniffen , who will head the new agency, also joins our conversation. Punahou Carnival goes online Over the past year, we have had to hit pause on many of our yearly celebrations.
