Description: It is a confusing time with mixed messages and guidance changing often as we learn more about COVID-19. Policies are all over the map. In Paris a museum requires masks for children 11 and older. Here in Hawaii masks are not recommended for those under 5 years old. It's almost a week since Mayor Kirk Caldwell’s expanded order for mandatory masks went into effect. For the most part there seems to be compliance, but some businesses are seeing pushback from customers.
