	Description:		The attraction of a 1st person view video game, is it places the player behind the eyes of the character. Instead of seeing the entire picture from above or a better angle, you are forced to experience the game more realistically. This also means you end up with a limited view. You don t know what is around the next corner, you are not sure how to navigate the maze-like structures, and you certainly do not have the benefit of seeing the big picture . Many of us coach from a higher ground viewpoint. We see the big picture and we also see a very different view from our players. In this episode, we discuss how it might help us to see the game through the eyes of the players in order to better understand how to educate them. Seeing what they see builds empathy, develops harmony, provides us with the opportunity to give visual cues, and much more. Flip the picture and unlock another piece of the code.
