	Description:		The F word. It is forbidden in many coaching circles. It is cringeworthy when said in the wrong company. It has certainly gotten me into my fair share of debates over the years, but the research supports the use of it. To be honest, I don t really care if using it horrifies you. Maybe it should. Sometimes being shocked can make people curious enough to learn more…so here goes. FUN. There. I said it. The word many sport leaders and coaches refuse to accept in their vocabulary. The number one word kids use when you ask them why they play sports. So maybe, we should be dropping the F word every chance we get. Stop being so serious. Let loose a little.
