Karla Amador is the co-founder of the 52 Hike Challenge, an organization dedicated to encouraging adventure and getting people outside. On this episode we dive into Karla’s personal backstory and how she came to create the 52 Hike Challenge as well as how to deal with the negative self talk that often happens when we’re in the middle of a physical or mental challenge. Karla has a very relatable story that I think a lot of people can identify with and she’s willing to share it openly with others so they can learn from her journey. She has a big heart and an encouraging spirit! Please enjoy this episode with Karla and thanks for tuning in! By Land, Emory R.
