Sure putting your hand through a wall feels good for exactly one second, & then your wrist hurts and you gotta learn how to dry wall. Plus whomever lives with you is mad, and there is little pieces of wall everywhere. It's a mess. Instead maybe go for a walk, hug a dog, or eat some fruit and cry. You never know it might be just what you need.
