@JHWeissmann says he finds it unlikely that Congress is going to move on USPS shipping rates (that'll make shipping more expensive for everyone). But re: sales tax -- Amazon doesn't necessarily collect on 3rd party marketplace sales. Could see Congress stepping in to change this.
