	Description:		Adam thinks Brian should resign from the BL Board - it's better to jump than to be pushed. Jennifer tells Peggy that Brian thinks sacrificing his chairmanship might be the only way to save Home Farm but Peggy makes the point that if Brian's done nothing wrong then why should he be the one to resign? This gives Jennifer something to think over. Susan's been sending her CV out - she's sick of being taken advantage of by the Archers at Bridge Farm. Nic is worried her spat with Emma at the Bull last week might have cost her job. Later, she gets a call from Jolene and it's as she expected - they don't want her anymore. Will tries to make Nic see the bright side - the kids will be happy that she's around more, and he's earning enough at the moment so they don't need the money but the truth is that the job gave Nic a real purpose and a breather from all the housework. Later, Jennifer tries to change Brian's mind about resigning from the BL Board. As far she sees it Brian hasn't done anything wrong so why should he resign. Brian affirms his innocence and wonders what he has done to deserve someone as supportive as Jennifer. He's got five days to corral the board into voting for him - the fight is on.
