	Description:		Litsa is one of the strongest people I know, having been through a hell of a lot right from the start of her life. She started in the hair industry as a teenager, moving up from shampoo girl to owning her own franchise by her mid twenties. From this, she became a regional manager for a major hairdressing brand before a series of unexpected events (around the time of her turning 30) caused her to totally re-evaluate her life. She’s since completely changed career and, having undergone a transformative experience in India, has become a yoga instructor. It was really inspiring to see that Litsa was able to change her life for the better and now seems so much happier, as you can hear in the chat we had.
