This lady has to be our most inspiring guest we’ve had on to date. Her journey has been incredible and quite simply mind blowing. She was born with Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic condition that affects more than 10,400 people in the UK. This condition often limits people in what they can and can’t do, however, Sophie has proved doctors wrong endless times in what she has been able to achieve... she lives a perfectly normal life and does not let it affect what she does. Her mindset and mental strength is outstanding and she is someone who everyone who listens to this podcast can learn a thing or two from. Sophie it was a pleasure meeting you and we look forward to seeing what crazy challenges you can keep putting yourself through and keep achieving.
