Often a new year spells the pressure of giving yourself New Years resolutions..
How often do you hear people saying “oooooo what are your New Years resolutions???” We hear it A LOT!
Having goals and targets for the year ahead are GREAT and we 100% recommend you do, but don’t feel pressurised into doing something you don’t necessarily want to do or think will benefit you in any way. Just because your mate is doing ‘veganveggypaleoketoskipbreakfastanuary’ doesn’t mean you have to as well!
If you love carbs wrapped in bacon, have your carbs wrapped in bacon and don’t let anyone deny you of that.
We talk about realistic goal setting, improving your current routine and daily regimes to better you as a person and make 2018 the most productive, rewarding and successful year yet!
