Max Willcocks is on the show! Max puts the ‘run’ in ‘brunch’, he has the stamina of a Siberian Ox (do they even exist?) and the composure of Cristiano Ronaldo 10 yards out.
Ex professional rugby player turned ultra marathon runner, Max is a man who won’t shy away from a challenge. He holds the record for the furthest distance ran on a treadmill for 12 hours straight (he didn’t once get off to take the browns to the super bowl or to empty the hose) and managed a ridiculous 93 miles!
I don’t think I could even drive 93 miles without needing a pit stop and a quick pasty from Greggs...
Max explains his mental and physical toughness and how and why he got into ‘ridiculously long distance running’ (I think that’s the correct term for it )
