This past Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at an historic Bill Pre-Filing Event, the Convention of States Texas officially transitioned from pursuing it's goal to Declaring It's Position in the Nation - TEXAS WILL LEAD! The pieces are all in place; the preparation has been made. It's time for session to begin, and Texas is Ready! This is great news for the entire nation.
