Do you remember my old logo? It seemed innocuous enough, but I made a significant change: I removed the asterisk. That little glyph is a source of controversy since it first appeared in the last few years. Here, I explain why it's important to note, as well as why I chose to remove it.
In this episode of the podcast, we also look at the topic of passing privilege. Passing is another topic in trans circles that can cause significant strife. Not all trans individuals will (or want to) pass. But the existence of passing privilege does create a potential issue for the trans community as a whole.
