Description: Did yoga today... also started the 3 days of no carbs!!!! - So we want to totally deplete all of millsys glycogen stores over the next 3 days starting tomorrow. This will make his body thirsty for more energy and help us fill up the energy stores even more come race day next saturday. So things we are cutting out for the next 3 days (some things you already have out of your diet Mills) 1. Rice, brown or white 2. Granola 3. Oats 4. Bread 5. Wraps 6. Pasta 7. Quinoa 8. Potatoes 9. Tribe bars (SHOCK!!!!) So lets look at a typical day that you can run for Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Avo, Lentils and chick peas are ok, Vegetables, Carrots, Tomatoes. Massive Green juice from the nutribullet - kale, spinach, ginger, blueberries the lot…... Am snack: Apple and almond butter Bananas Lunch: Fish, Spinach, Kale, Carrots, Beetroots, Tomatoes, Lentils are ok - any other veg and salad you can think of…NOOO sweet potato or anything like that pm snack: Houmous and carrots Dinner: Tofu and some leafs - or even if you are feeling brave. Just whack a nutribullet in with everything in and some protein powder and call that your dinner….BOOM - You have to massively stay hydrated during this - electrolytes and stick some salts on the things you are eating - extra sodium and magnesium is good for hydration and really soaking the muscles in water - just water isn’t good enough as it just passes through system without the salts to help absorb. Id alternate between, electrolyte drink and just water from now on….. - I know this is probably not far far off what you are already eating, so maybe next weeks when I get you to eat more will be a bit more of a challenge….both physically and psychologically because you reckon you’ll get fat… - Keep on it Millsy your flying and that pop is coming! Trust the process! - Lis he may get a bit raggy over the next few days…hahahah - Sunday night ill send another email with plan for few days after that….. Stay classy guys. See you soon SV
