Sara Christensen is the feisty founder of Kickass Masterminds. She’s been a successful business owner for more than 20 years, starting and running five of her own profitable companies. Her largest business was producing revenue of $10 million per year and had 75 full-time employees when she sold it. She's also owned a Marketing Communications Firm, a Jewelry Design Studio and a Wellness Business.

When you get started in business it is easy to become overwhelmed with everything people might be saying about you or your business. You become concerned about whether someone is judging your choices, or whether people think your idea is good enough. Sara explains that NONE of that matters, because only YOU know what is best for you and your business. It’s time for us to mind our own business.

Sara shares how she was fired from her first company, a company she was a part of for 10 years. The firing was completely unexpected and ended up being the best thing that could have happened to her. It led her down a path to new business ventures that she was much happier being a part of.
