This week's guest needs no introduction. Eric Cressey has worked with hundreds of major league baseball athletes and professional athletes of all major disciplines. Eric owns Cressey Sports Performance with facilities in Florida and Massachusetts. He has published hundreds of articles on strength and conditioning or sports performance, and is himself a record-holding powerlifter. He holds a kinesiology degree and too many certifications to list here. We are honored to have Eric on our show and we hope you'll tune in for an interesting conversation between him and our hosts!
