	Description:		BACKGROUND: The Enclave by A.J. Fernandez made its debut in the summer of 2015 and is another in the continuing series of masterpieces from the famed Tabacalera Fernandez factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. Company founder, A.J. Fernandez, blended the Enclave along with his father Ismael. Enclave is a three-country blend of Cameroon binder, Nicaraguan filler (including the Piloto Cubano variety grown in Nicaragua) and an Ecuadoran Habano wrapper. FEATURED LIBATION: Trader Joe’s 8 year Single Malt Irish Whiskey This Whiskey is, as the name implies, a minimum of 8-year aged whiskey in the bottle, as opposed to a non-age-statement, which is likely to be 4-years and change, and is supposedly triple distilled (as opposed to double distilled) and matured “in single-use, bourbon oak casks.” It weighs in at 40% ABV.
