He's been investigating haunted locations since the 1970s and he'll be the first one to tell you that ghost hunting isn't all fun and games. There are dangers involved both obvious and hidden that many people are not aware of, or just carelessly overlook. He's personally experienced the dangers of ghost hunting several times over the years, like falling through a hidden trap door in a rickety buildings and ending up on the floor below with several broken bones so there is nobody better to talk about what not to do and what to look out for during an investigation to keep yourself safe.
