Back several years ago, their was a research group called Soul Smack with researcher Andrew Barnes,  researcher/videographer, Paul Taitt and a bit later, Macus Brooks joined the group. . In 2007, Paul released his first documentary film called  Your Worst Nightmare which focuses on the frightening subject of sleep paralysis. And this episode talks all about the frightening aspects of a very scary. not so rare occurrence.
