Born in Missouri in 1944 he began writing for publication from 1963 until his passing several years ago. His eclectic writings have appeared in books by Jeff Belanger, Gerina Dunwich, James Gunn, among others. Prosser is the author of the popular memoir, Isherwood, Bowles, Vedanta, Wicca, and Me, Missouri Hauntings, Branson Hauntings, and more.
