When we were discussing a Trinity cocktail or three ingredient cocktail episode, we walked away with slightly different ideas about what the show was going to be about. In fairness, trinity cocktails are generally thought of as not only cocktails with only three ingredients, but three ingredients of equal parts.
We are often asked about “easy” cocktails to make, and for cocktails that don’t take much up-front investment in new bottles. We do a pretty good job on most episodes having a couple cocktails with few ingredients and simple construction– sours, Martini, Manhattans, Daiquiri, Margarita, Sidecar, Mules, Highballs, Juleps, Negroni and Boulevardier just to name a few. But you asked, and we delivered, here is an episode specifically about three-ingredient cocktails.
