The Chief Financial Officer of the beloved California-based fast-casual brand, Tender Greens, Lina O'Connor is fiercely focused on growth, both in her personal life and in her career. A math geek born to Russian émigrés and a grandchild of Holocaust survivors, she tenaciously pursued increasingly complex jobs, starting first as an Assistant Controller at Wolfgang Puck's Spago.
