Roque hails from the southeast of the country, so they thought they'd take the opportunity to delve into the world of 'Mediterranean Wines'. To help them they sampled two Sericis wines: a Bobal from Utiel Requena and a barrel-fermented Merseguera from Valencia, courtesy of Bodegas Murviedro.
