Description: Maggie Ogden is a painter who lives and works in Brooklyn. She got a BA from Bard, her post bac from Brandeis and her MFA from Boston University. She also attended Skowhegan in 2011. She’s show at freight and Volume, LTD Gallery and recently at Embajada in Puerto Rico. She’s shown in group shows at Storefront Ten Eyek, David Shelton Gallery, Lesley Heller, Spring Break and Eddy’s room. Her work has been covered in Cultured Magazine, Modern Painters, The Paris Review, Artinfo, the LA Times to name a few. Brian spoke with Maggie in her Bed Stuy studio.
