The subconscious mind handles a lot of different things like your memory, emotions, habits, and even your imagination. But, your protective mind may also have contributed to your sleep issues. At some point in your life, you may have felt like you needed to be on alert all the time, so your protective mind chose wakefulness over sleep. But, your protective mind can totally make this adjustment and include more and deeper sleep in your life. We just need to give you those instructions to your protective mind directly through hypnosis. From now on, being self-protective means letting yourself get as much sleep as your body needs.
