Your brain can start to become trained to look for the positive in most everything… and that can be a huge win for your quality of life and your relationships. And it can even work for things like sleep. as reframing our sleep can have a real impact on how easy we find it to drift off. We humans may not have an operating manual, but if we did, appreciation and positive thinking would be in chapter one.
